INTERIM OPERATIONS MANAGER
Emily is a registered social worker with over 20 years’ experience in safeguarding across a range of settings. She is deeply committed to creating safer spaces where everyone feels heard, valued, and protected - especially those whose voices are too often marginalised.
As a qualified education and training practitioner, Emily believes that thoughtful, high-quality training is key to building more inclusive, equitable workplaces and communities. Her work is driven by a passion for meaningful change and a dedication to promoting safety, inclusion, and equality at every level.

Laurence (he/him)
TRUSTEE
Laurence, a Chartered Management Accountant, is passionate about giving back to the communities that have supported him. As well as a trustee for Support U, he also volunteers as Director of Women in Bus and Coach, promoting female representation in the industry. A former volunteer for LGBT+ Switchboard, he is committed to championing minority groups and helping people realise their full potential.

INTERIM MARKETING CONSULTANT
Jeannie is a management consultant and gym owner, dividing her time between helping businesses drive transformation, growth, and cultural evolution (with her consultant hat) and helping people of all ages and backgrounds get healthier and happier (with her gym instructor hat).
Known for her authentic, compassionate leadership style, Jeannie brings a unique perspective as a former executive leadership team member for multi-million pound organisations, a B2B marketing expert and a hands-on change driver. She is passionate about the power of inclusive leadership and building more welcoming spaces for the LGBTQ+ community, in business, sport and society as a whole.

Zoe is a seasoned third sector leader with over 25 years’ experience in the voluntary space, dedicated to helping young people realise their full potential. Currently the Charity Manager at Breakout Youth, Zoe has led the organisation through significant growth over the past five years - expanding its income, capacity, and reach to ensure young people receive the highest quality support.
She is a passionate advocate for youth voice, inclusion, and empowerment, ensuring services are shaped by the needs and experiences of those they serve. Zoe brings her strong values and leadership into every aspect of their work and firmly believes in the power of individuals, groups, and communities to drive meaningful, positive change.

Milly (she/her

Milly Moses-Petite is a passionate LGBTQ+ advocate dedicated to creating safer, more affirming environments for queer and trans people. Her work centres on community care, cultural inclusion and amplifying the voices of those most often overlooked. With a background in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health and Safety, and an Executive MBA in Project Management, Milly brings strong organisational insight and a people-first approach to every space she serves. She is the Head of Organisational Operations at UK Black Pride and continues to support feminist and LGBT+ groups through her advisory role at Frida, The Young Feminist Fund. Milly is deeply committed to using her skills, experience and compassion to strengthen Support U’s mission as a Board Member.

Rebecca (they/them)

Rebecca Wilde (they/them) is a youth mental health practitioner and leader in school wellbeing and safeguarding, A Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist in training and founder of the Gypsy Roma Traveller+ Therapists Network. Their work is rooted in cultural attunement, EDI advocacy and anti-oppressive practice. They speak and write to inform policy, education and training. Rebecca champions mental health provision and LGBTQ+ acceptance within minority communities, holding storytelling, ritual and art as sacred tools for healing and transformation. As an Educational Anthropologist, their research explores intersectionality, community and belonging.
