Celebrating at Reading Pride

Last weekend we were proud to attend Reading Pride, and what a day it was!

Despite the rain, the atmosphere was full of joy, colour and community. It was wonderful to see so many people of all ages coming together, being themselves and celebrating in a safe and inclusive space.

Pride is more than just a festival – it’s a reminder of the history of the LGBTQ+ movement, the progress made, and the work still to be done. It’s a celebration of identity, resilience and love, and a powerful message that everyone deserves to live openly and proudly.

Events like Reading Pride bring people together, break down barriers, and remind us that inclusion makes our communities stronger. We left the day feeling inspired, connected, and even more committed to amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and continuing our work to create safer, more inclusive spaces for everyone.
