The Mix is a group for all members of the LGBT+ community in the Thames Valley. It is a great place to socialise, make new friends and find support, but most importantly a safe space whatever your sexuality or gender identity.

You’ll meet our group facilitators who help look after frontline services. They’re not there to be a “leader” as such, but to help if you have any questions or concerns!
We meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month at The Biscuit Factory in Reading town centre between 6pm and 8pm.
Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible, and this includes respecting your privacy. You are welcome to use an alternative name, and we will never disclose any of your details to anyone.
Support U seeks to provide a supportive, diverse, and inclusive environment; as such we expect people to be respectful of other people’s differences and experiences. Our groups are a safe space, so we will not tolerate topics such as illegal drug use, violence, and criminal activity; a breach of these rules may result in temporary exclusion from the groups.
All our support groups are free-of-charge thanks to the kind funding from People’s Health Trust.
