Join Reading's newest LGBT+ Youth Group, offering a safe place for young LGBT people to come together.

Affinity is Reading's LGBT+ Youth Group, that runs weekly at Support U in Reading's Town Centre Designed for ages 13 - 19, the group is a relaxed, safe space for young LGBT+ to meet each other and discuss issues which are affecting them.

Who runs the group?
You'll meet George, Lynn and Lorna who help look after our schools and young people. They're not there to be a teacher, but there to help if you have any questions or concerns.

What kind of things do we talk about?
We don't lead the conversations, you do - you can talk about pretty much anything you want. You can always talk to us privately and confidentially if you prefer.

Do I have to participate in any activities?
No. We put on regular activities in the session, but it's up to you whether you'd like to take part.

Will you tell anyone that I have attended?
No. Just as long as a responsible adult knows where you are when you're visiting us.
