Support U are specialists in LGBT+ support for individuals, families, at school or in the workplace.

We deliver a range of support services ranging from one-to-one sessions through our secure messaging, telephone helpline and drop-in sessions, and peer-to-peer support in our support and social groups.

The support we provide to individuals and families is completely free of charge, we tailor support needs to the requirement of the client.

Our services are fully inclusive and are available to all members of the public regardless of their sexuality (or other protected characteristics) therefore promoting equality, diversity and removing the barriers of segregation and discrimination.

Our team are trained to a high standard and can help with a range of issues including: Coming out, gender identity and transitioning, sexual health advice and access to testing services, support with domestic abuse, assistance in reporting hate crime, bullying at school and workplace discrimination concerns.
