Support U is the leading provider of LGBT+ training programmes for the workplace in the Thames Valley. Our shared training events offer small businesses or those with a limited budget the opportunity to attend specific training days that are shared among many businesses in the area.

We also operate a number of panel discussions on key legislative changes and important societal changes which we coordinate with several partners including the Thames Valley LGBT+ Employers Forum and Reading University.

The training is delivered either online through our learning portal, through interactive virtual classroom sessions on Zoom or at our HQ in Reading.
