About Us

We are a leading Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT+) help and support service based in Reading, servicing the Thames Valley Area. Find out more about us below.

Following our consultation in 2010, we identified the need for a service to help those who need support with LGBTQ+ issues and the inclusion of LGBTQ+ people in Reading and Thames Valley.

Our service is run by a dedicated team of volunteers who are responsible for delivering the help and support available through our website, telephone helpline and face-to-face sessions.

We are funded through private and corporate donations. We also receive some great help from our partners who offer their services to us at a reduced cost.

In 2014, our offices moved premises to 15 Castle Street and we’ve been here ever since! Our Wellbeing centre is located 5 minutes from Reading train station, and 2 minutes from The Oracle Shopping Centre. This expansion allows us to offer a broader range of groups and additional counselling services to LGBTQ+ people and allies across Thames Valley.
