Following our consultation in 2010, we identified the need for a service to help those who need support with LGBTQ+ issues and the inclusion of LGBTQ+ people in Reading and Thames Valley.

Our service is run by a dedicated team of volunteers who are responsible for delivering the help and support available through our website, telephone helpline and face-to-face sessions.

We are funded through private and corporate donations. We also receive some great help from our partners who offer their services to us at a reduced cost.

In August 2022, our offices moved premises to 9 Greyfriars Road. Our office is located 2 minutes from Reading train station, and 5 minutes from The Oracle Shopping Centre. This move has allowed us to streamline our provision to be able to offer a more robust service for you.
